HOW OFTEN WILL MY AD PLAY?

The total number of impressions will vary depending on how many ads are currently in our queue and how many digital signs we have installed in your area. Estimates are 50,000 total impressions per month in a single city.  An 10-minute or less rotation per screen. For an exact number, contact us and we can provide you with proof-of-play statistics.

CAN I CANCEL AT ANY TIME?

You are not under contract with us. If you are enrolled monthly, you can cancel at any time. Upon cancelation, your ad will continue to run for the remainder of that month. Full and half year plans are paid in full and are non-refundable.

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?

No refunds will be issued for ads already run on our screens. We do not offer refunds on full or half-year payments since they are heavily discounted. If you feel unsure about committing to a long term subscription, we suggest our month-to-month plan.

CAN I SUBMIT MY OWN AD?

Absolutely! Email your ad to contact@americafirstadvertising.com. Ideal dimensions are 1920 x 1080. If your ad doesn't fit these dimensions, it will be formatted to fit the screen.

WHAT IF I DON'T HAVE AN AD?

We can make one for you! For a small fee, our design team will create an ad for you. Please email us your logo and what text you would like to appear on your ad. We suggest keeping the text minimal to ensure it it can be read in under 5 seconds.

WHAT PAYMENT OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE?

We accept cash and check for full and half-year subscriptions. We do require a credit card be stored on file for monthly payments. A Credit Card Authorization Form must be signed prior to your subscription being activated.  All major credit cards are accepted.

HOW DO I SIGN UP?

Sign up online here. Then one of our representatives will visit your business and bring you an order form and/or credit card authorization form for you to fill out. An invoice will be emailed to you. We can also do the whole process via email if that is more convenient for you.

HOW LONG DOES MY AD STAY ON SCREEN?

Currently, all ads run for 5 seconds. If you would like your ad to stay on screen longer, please let us know and we can give you a quote.

CAN MY AD BE A VIDEO?

Pricing for video ads will be available in the future. Special requests can still be made if you have a video, or you would like us to create one for you.

CAN I CHANGE MY AD?

Absolutely. If you would like us to update your ad, please email us the new graphic and we will replace it. If you want us to design a new ad for you, it will be an additional fee.

HOW LONG UNTIL MY AD IS RUNNING?

As soon as you email us your ad and we receive payment, your ad will be entered into the queue and be on display immediately.

WHAT KIND OF DISPLAYS DO YOU USE?

We use 32, 40, 43 & 50 inch televisions that we control remotely.
